Affenpinschers are a hardy little dogs, bred centuries ago to seek out and kill vermin such as rats and foxes. The little dogs also made wonderful companions, which is their primary job these days. Caring for an Affenpinscher calls for a meaty diet and lots of outside exercise, even in the coldest winter.
Breeding championship quality Affenpinschers is a labor of love; for the breed and the goal of perfection. Before we do a breeding there are weeks of studying pedigrees of the sire and dam, looking for exactly the right combination that will produce a litter of championship puppies.
